The pool closes at 5pm over the Xmas period so instead the staff have offered us the use of 2 lanes from 1-2pm. Back to normal the week after.

Worcester Triathlon Club is now offering a “Triathlon front crawl for beginners” course.
This is a four hour course over 4 weeks that introduces the fundamentals of swimming front crawl. Aspects covered include breathing, pulling and the basic body position for effortless swimming. It is expected that all swimmers are confident in deep water and able to submerge their face whilst swimming.
Details: Fridays 5:15-6:15 RNIB College Swimming Pool, Whittington Road , Worcester 11, 18, 25 of January 2013 and 1st Feb 2013 Worcester Triathlon Club members only (membership £25 p.a. see www.worcestertriclub.co.uk for more details). Limited to 5 swimmers Coached by Arran Stevens Cost £50
