As it says in the title Arran will be coaching 13th Sept instead of 6th September.
We have the pool booked for 2 hours and first hour is open to all alongside the swim camera analysis session run by Arran. Open to members and non members and cost is £20/£30 for 20 mins. Great way to see how effective the arms/legs/pull etc is in the water and how to improve technique without countless hours plodding up and down….
